After more than 400 days of war, Israel’s children are in dire need of personalized therapy and support to help them overcome horrific traumas and move beyond their struggles with anxiety, feelings of isolation, loss of control and more. Children with severe disabilities grapple with the added complication of being unable to express their anguish verbally and have been living in confusion, pain and fear for 14 months.
Over the last year, ADI has emerged as the leaders in post-trauma treatment for Israeli children with and without disabilities, providing those from the country’s hardest hit regions with innovative treatments and alternative therapy methods that meet their physical, cognitive and emotional needs and helping them advance the healing process dramatically.
